Let me tell you about these WONDERFUL brownies that will not kill your diet. My friend, Katie, introduced me to No Pudge brownies. The brownies are fat free and fabulous. They are really easy to make. All you have to do is mix the brownie mix with a 8 ounces container of vanilla yogurt and cook on 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. I like to top with fat free Cool Whip. We enjoyed them as a Valentine treat last night. Bryan is not a fan of chocolate and he even likes No Pudge! The box makes 12 servings and each serving is 120 calories. I would encourage you to try No Pudge for yourself and tell me what you think.
