This coming up weekend my little brother is getting married! Yes, my parents are marrying off both of their children in the same year. Who in the world would have ever thought that Zack and I would marry in the same year?!?
I went over to his fiancé’s, Alex, condo a little while ago, and they are loading up the U-haul to move her things to Georgia. Zack and one of his best friends, Brandon, are going to make the trip to Savannah tomorrow, so please say a prayer for them. It is a scary thought the two of them driving a U-haul to Georgia. Alex is one brave girl to trust them with her things!
We are putting the final touches on the decorations for the rehearsal dinner. I wanted to give Alex a gift for each day of the week, and I have completed that. I will post after she opens them all to tell you what I gave her. It was really fun putting together all the gifts for her. The one thing I have not touched is my toast for the rehearsal dinner, and I know that I am putting that off in some ways. As excited as this weekend will be, there is a part of me that will be sad, because there will be certain things that will never be the same. I want it to be really special so if you have any ideas send them my way.
Please say a special prayer for Alex; she got sick in the middle of the night last night. There is a virus being passed around in her family. So please pray that Alex will feel all better soon and no one will catch the virus.
